Sandburg Volleyball Wins 3 Straight to Close McHenry Co. Invite

The Carl Sandburg College volleyball rebounded from a five-set loss Friday to Des Moines to open the McHenry County Invite with three straight victories to close the tournament. The Chargers swept Mott on Friday for their first win of the season, then picked up victories over Vincennes and Madison on Saturday to improve to 3-2 on the year.
Sophomore Peyton Bowman led the Chargers in kills in each match, totaling 61 on the weekend.
